Are refunds available?
Unfortunately no. This also applies to deposits.

Refunds during or mid session(s)?
You can pause your session(s) for another time but we do not offer a refund on the difference.

Do you allow payment options?
Please call us to discuss if payment options are available.

How can I pay and what types of payment methods are accepted?
You can pay using any major credit/debit card or cash. If you are paying with cash, please bring the right amount as we do not carry change. All payments are collected at our location.

What if I cant make my scheduled appointment?
We can reschedule your appointment at a later date aligning with our availability.

What if I show up late to my appointment?
We can proceed with your treatment with the remaining time left for your session. If you are 30 minutes or more late, you will not be attended and you have forfeited your agreed upon appointment.

Are all treatments available for people who are pregnant, have an ailment, or a certain type of disability?
While we would love to service everyone, the safety of our team members and clients are our number one priority. We ask you to consult with us fist before making an appointment to assure your condition is considered for treatment(s).

Can I bring a pet?
With the exception of service dogs, we ask you do not bring your furry friends!
